I really should mention THE DREAMERS, Bertolluci's best film ever. Perhaps because it evoked the days when I was in THE DREAM ENGINE @ school in 1969, esp. in interweaving of sexual & political "evolution", it is a true masterpiece in every way. Beyond LAST TANGO, LAST EMPEROR, & THE CONFORMIST.
